Akey member of the regional engagement team, the Cyber Security EngagementManager is responsible for client liaison, supporting our business developmentand technical teams, and coordinating the Cyber Security EngagementCoordinators to successfully deliver security assessments.

MalaysiaWebsite: JOBSUMMARY AND MISSION TheCyber Security Engagement Manager position contributes directly to the successof wizlynx Group. In summary, the mission to be performed in accordance withinternal SOPs and guidelines will include the following:
Communication: Own assignedengagements as the Single Point of Contact for the client. Developrelationships with client executives and other stakeholders. Ensureproactive, timely, and open communication between the client and internal teams. SinglePoint of Contact and initial escalation point for regional Cyber Security EngagementCoordinators. Ensurethe client and internal management are provided with regular status updates forassigned and regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators engagements. Acrossregional engagements, ensure issues are visible and raised early to avoid ormitigate risk by facilitating a faster resolution. Interactwith key company leaders to promote wizlynx group; actively promote andparticipate in wizlynx group social media. Coordination/Management: Managethe assignment of engagements to the regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators. Coordinatethe regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators to ensure SOPs are followed. Onboardingof new Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators. Monitor (KPIs)regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators and provide feedback tomanagement. Audit engagement documentation for the region to ensure adherenceto SOPs and guidelines. Consolidatelearnings, best practice, and promote improvements in collaboration with otherregions. Coordinateplanning activities to ensure an efficient and risk-averse schedule. Includingnegotiating optimal conditions (restrictions and desired starting dates) withthe client and internal resource assignment based upon client requirements. Coordinatethe request, timely delivery, and validation of prerequisite documentation and informationfrom the client and/or internal teams. Managethe tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities throughout the execution. Managethe planning, execution (lead the meeting), and follow-up actions for the clientkick-off meeting when the engagement requires. Postengagement follow-up with the client to ensure satisfaction. Administration: Audit andapply corrective actions to engagement documentation for the region. Timely updatesto internal systems to facilitate the tracking and reporting of the engagement. Ensurecontrol/milestone documents are completed, validated, signed, and distributed. Maintainoverall project documentation library. Document(and distribute) key meetings within the engagement team and/or client. Issueformal status reports and updates. Trackprogress and completion of engagements, coordinating with the billing team toensure timely payment collection. IDEALEXPERIENCE Experiencein the proactive delivery of managed support services within NetworkOperations, ITIL and Service Management environment. Experiencewithin IT Project Management and service delivery. Comfortableworking within an international multi-cultural environment. LANGUAGE SKILLS Excellentcommunication skills in English (written and spoken), other languages such asMandarin is an advantage DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Teamoriented.
