Security (Information & Communication Technology)
Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), building BoQ's, supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training.
Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for promoting and selling products/solutions, including potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers. Provide security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Security Solutions.
Primary and secondary product champion for one or more of the solutions products.
Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions.
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and requirements—both technical and business—and clearly articulate and communicate these to the sales team.
Configuration build of material on cyber security to meet customer requirements.
Design and provide HLD/LLD proposals to customers based on best practices.
Build HLD infrastructure configurations and connections.
Able to articulate cyber security knowledge and its infrastructure components, solutions, and designs in line with overall Security Technology Strategy and industry best practices.
Understand customers' security infrastructure problems and articulate the best solutions to address them.
Maintain a close relationship with the Technology Architecture, Engagement team, and customers.
Scope the work (SOW) needed for the deployment, setup, installation, and configuration of the proposed solution.
Upon completing the presales engagement, hand over to NEC Delivery Support Services (DSS) team for deployment and project management.
Establish customer environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation.
Define, document, and enforce system standards.
Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and customers on system infrastructure design and migration plans.
Deal registration of projects.
Collaborate with other business unit architects and solution specialists to optimize the best solution for the customer.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and engaging in professional organizations.
Accomplish information systems and organization missions by completing related results as needed.
