Responsible of product data analysis and deep-drill on user need based on statistics and user feedbackManipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to businessPrepare report for stakeholder using business analytics reporting tools.Assist teams to set up log nodes at critical junctions within products, track operation data while finding critical data through user behavioral analysis and produce recommendation reports to support operational decisions.Plan and adjust corresponding values for each system in games while testing and continually improve the balance and cycle of game values.Create, maintain and update on a regular basis Business Dashboard:General DashboardMarketing DashboardProduct performance dashboardChurn rate reportPSP dashboardOther ad hoc reports and dashboard based on the business requirements.Setup funnels for the main processEstablish reporting and dashboards for Acquisition teamEstablish reporting and dashboards for the CRM and Retention teamEstablish reporting and dashboard for the Customer Support teamKnow Power BI is a MUST
