The Data Analyst to have a strong background in business and marketing data analysis, and be able to develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on Senheng app.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and preferences to assist in creation of app development and marketing strategies.
-Create and assemble dashboards using current data providers platform for the respective business units
-Build predictive models together with data vendors to forecast user behavior and engagement.
-Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on Senheng app.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
-Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
-Collecting and analyzing data: responsible for the coordination and working with data vendor for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large amounts of data to uncover insights and patterns that can inform business decisions.
-Building predictive models: The data analyst will manage the data vendor in building predictive data models for various business units
-Visualizing and communicating data: The data analyst creates visualizations and other representations of data using available tools to help communicate insights

-Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics/ Mathematics / computer science / statistics or related field.
-3+ years of experience in data analysis with focus of integrating data from Google Analytics and CDP platforms
-Competency in using GA4, Customer Data Platform Analytics, MS office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and experience using data visualization tools would be added advantage
