Data Analyst Team Lead

Job Purpose To lead and supervise a team of analyst and administrators to analyse, investigate and report on energy/utilities use across a diverse retail operation using information from a range of systems and sources. This position involves leader a team of 3-4 other data analysts in accomplishing the task.
Job Description To proactively develop reports, data models, and analytical tools by:
To collect, consolidate and maintain an accurate and timely record of energy/utilities usage across diverse locations of the business partner.                                             To develop, support and manage a range of reporting tools as required to analyse the data collected.To track energy reduction and track energy cost reduction.Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Energy team.    To provide insight into the operational effectiveness of the Energy Team.                                              Provide functional analysis of Energy saving projects, from proof-of-concepts to expanded projects.To lead and supervise other data analyst and administrator to achieve their goals. 
 Job Specifications Bachelor's degree in Statistical Science/ Mathematics/Engineering or any related fields2 years of working experience in any related fields (data analytics, energy management, etc.)Experienced in leading a teamAdvanced Power BI skillsAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent interpersonal skills Advanced analytical skills Ability to work to deadlines                      High level of English abilityExcellent interpersonal skills
