Participate in the daily work of the data insight analysis team across the entire platform, comprehend the logic and needs of each business unit, translate these needs into an accessible and user-friendly data analysis framework and indicator system, and collaborate with the data middle platform team to produce data dashboards and analysis reports, all while effectively monitoring business progress.
Analyze user profiles and platform traffic to understand the relationship between platform operation and profitability.
Monitor and measure the platform traffic ecology, as well as the health of various campaigns, and make timely suggestions for improvement through data insights.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree or above who are majoring in science and engineering (mathematics, physics, computers, software engineering, and other related fields).
Possess the necessary knowledge to construct a data indicator system; have mastered basic data analysis methods, gained experience in handling data in a business setting, and possess professional writing skills for analysis reports.
Strong logical ability and data indicator understanding capacity can serve as a bridge between business and data and have data insight ability;
Possess a result-oriented approach, a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, a good teamwork spirit, and excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong communication skills and excellent working ability in both Chinese and English are required.
We prefer candidates who are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and possess knowledge of Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools and data visualization.
