Database Development & Administration (Information & Communication Technology)
Provides tactical marketing and analysis support to internal customers including: customer profiling, segmentation, customer lifetime value analysis, attrition models, machine learning models, and local market opportunity analysis.
Using analytical and visualization software to access, transform, integrate, analyze and visualize data to help solve real problems and provide business insight.
Mine data from primary and secondary sources.
Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information.
Introduce new data source to improve machine learning models.
Identify customers for campaign targeting based on their needs and eligibility, and conduct in-depth post-implementation review for continuous improvement and learning.
Work closely with clients to identify business requirements and translate data into informative insights and reports to help solve real problems and provide business insight.
Design key metrics to track business performance and identify business issues and challenges.
Support the campaign management from leads identification, interim tracking, and fulfillment.
Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques.
Pinpoint trends, correlations, and patterns in complicated data sets.
Mentor and coach others to improve their analytical skills.
Job Requirement
Experience in analyzing data trends and recommending solutions/campaigns to create revenue or improve efficiency.
Experience in data visualization.
Analytical, creative, and innovative approach in solving problems.
Experience in building statistical models.
Experience in insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
At least 5 years of business intelligence and analytic experience in the financial industry is preferred.
Candidates with supervisory experience are preferred.
SAS/SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and other analytics software (e.g., Python and R).
