In our Strategy and Analytics team, we are dedicated to leveraging data to drive strategic decisions for our Commercial and Support functions.
We work closely with various teams and partners to provide comprehensive data insights that help us better serve our consumers and partners in the marketplaces across Southeast Asia.

You will report into the Regional Business Analytics Manager will manage highly complex projects working with various teams in Grab with the purpose of giving our users and partners world class analytics and insights support.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will lead the charge, influencing and serving our partners and stakeholders.
You will be part of a growing analytics team supporting our Commercial partners across account managers, sales ops, and sales enablement leaders
Manage a team of commercial data and business analysts
You will work independently, assembling large and complex data sets that meet business or analytical needs.
You will build and deploy data models to optimize data insights and experience.
You will collaborate closely with Business or Operations Teams to understand their problem statements and conceptualize analytics frameworks that convert business problems into technical hypotheses.
You will design and recommend A/B testing to evaluate model performance, interpret experiment results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
You will develop and maintain data insights and performance dashboards.
You will be a strong advocate for our users, prioritizing the quality of their experience with us above all else.
This role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
You have 6 years of data analytics experience
You have experience leading a team of data and business analysts
You have project management skills in accomplishing projects
You can work with team members across several organization levels and several cultures
You are well versed in analytical tools such as Power Apps, PowerBI
You have knowledge in SQL to extract large disconnected datasets on Azure/AWS data platform
You have knowledge of data programming (Python, R)
You are familiar with strategy and commercial sales experience is good to have.
