Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose errors in hosting services (Windows & Linux) and backup solutions (Acronis, Veeam, R1soft).
Server Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize server performance.
Client Support: Address inquiries and technical issues via helpdesk and phone.
Routine Maintenance: Perform weekly and monthly maintenance to ensure system security and health.
?? What We're Looking For... We're seeking talented individuals with a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related fields who are eager to apply their skills in a dynamic data center environment.
Technical Skills: i. Master of Machines: Proven expertise in hardware components such as CPUs, disks, and RAM.
ii. Operating System Virtuoso: In-depth understanding of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
iii. Cloud Connoisseur: Passionate about virtualisation and cloud technologies.
iv. Network Ninja: Strong grasp of networking fundamentals, including IP addresses, domains, and DNS.
