Data-Center Manager

Specialises in areas like hybrid cloud, supercomputing cloud, and etc. Provides cloud computing-based IT solutions to global customers. Partnerships with numerous listed companies in gaming, transportation, and AI industries. Responsibilities Responsible for the construction of IT infrastructure in the company data center, including aspects such as networking, servers, databases, storage, and security, ensuring system stability and high availability; Design and implement application monitoring systems, establish warning mechanisms, promptly identify and resolve potential issues, and improve IT service levels; Develop and improve IT operation and maintenance management systems, processes, and standards to enhance work efficiency and quality; Analyze business operation and maintenance requirements, provide technical support and solutions for operation and maintenance, and ensure the rapid and stable development of business. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and Technology or related fields With more than 5 years of relevant work experience Technical Skills: Solid foundation in computer science, proficient in networking, data center construction, IT equipment, public cloud, IT services, etc., proficient in application design and construction of infrastructure; Project Management: Strong project management skills, collaborate with various teams to continuously, rapidly, and high-quality complete project deliveries, rich experience in implementing and operating projects with coordination and cooperation among teams in multiple locations and establishing a nationwide multi-center operation and maintenance system; Team Management: Excellent team management skills, able to lead and motivate team members, coordinate cooperation among departments, and promote project progress; Project Management, Infrastructure, Networking, Team Management, data center construction , Public Cloud, Computer Science, Application Design, It Services
