Data Center Testing & Commissioning Manager - Up To

**Responsibilities**:- **Process Management**:- Review design drawings for new data centers, identifying T&C (Testing and Commissioning) issues and suggesting revisions for system readiness.- Develop testing and acceptance standards for new data centers.- Create T&C plans and schedules for new data centers.- Review all multi-discipline T&C documents to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.- Coordinate closely with headquarters to standardize T&C processes for new data centers.- **Project Management**:- Ensure on-site commissioning and testing events meet standards and quality requirements.- Lead and manage commissioning-related resources across projects, both internal and external.- Track and report T&C progress, highlighting potential risks to management.- Assist the operation manager of new data centers in standardizing handover, operation, and maintenance processes.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in electrical, automation, mechanical, HVAC, or related fields.- Preferably familiar with data center design and construction standards.- Experience with T&C standards for hyper-scale data centers, large cloud service providers, or data centers in the financial industry is preferred.- Strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of cross-departmental communication and coordination.- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Familiarity with data center standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier, ASHRAE, etc.**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
