Roles and Responsibilities:
According to the company's strategy and departmental planning, coordinate resource arrangements and formulate data center service strategies.
Consider the quality of service, efficiency, cost and safety in accordance with the actual situation of IDC to support the business operation of the department.
Responsible for establishing a close and efficient cooperative relationship with the back-end team of the data center/operator.
Promote the establishment of a user-oriented operating system for the data center, and promote the continuous improvement of IDC construction and operation.
Responsible for the overall reliability of IDC's infrastructure, on-site operational quality, operational costs and operational safety, and continuous optimization and improvement.
Responsible for IDC on-site operation and maintenance/outsourcing team management and assessment.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of medium and large IDC construction and operation management experience, in-depth understanding of IDC life cycle management and relevant practical experience.
Have in-depth cooperation experience in construction or operation related aspects with mainstream data centers, and have a more comprehensive understanding of the internal operation mechanism of data centers;
Have senior operational service management capabilities, have a deep understanding of mainstream IT management frameworks and tools, and have corresponding service design, process design and process optimization capabilities;
Have a deeper understanding of mainstream IDC automated operation systems, such as DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure management);
Have an in-depth understanding of domestic and international mainstream IDC technology, and have experience in the operation and optimization of medium and large-scale IDC power supply, refrigeration and other infrastructure systems;
