ResponsibilitiesUtilize online tools to verify and accurately determine customer coordinates based on provided addresses.
Work closely with team members to streamline and optimize coordinate verification procedures.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry processes.
Respond promptly to any address-related inquiries or discrepancies.
Meet established deadlines and contribute to the overall efficiency of delivery operations.
Handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Document and report any recurring address-related issues for continuous process improvement.
Uphold confidentiality and data security standards throughout the verification process.
RequirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to read and interpret addresses effectively.
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
