Job Title: Administrative Assistant (On-site)
Location: Unit 12.05, Level 12, Wisma UOA II, 21, Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibilities: Manage and organize company paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and filing.Assist with basic HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and addressing inquiries.Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring confidentiality of all information.Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document preparation and data management.Communicate effectively in Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to support daily business operations.Be responsive and handle multiple tasks assigned by different managers in a fast-paced environment.Provide general administrative support, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.Requirements: Must be proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written).Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks from multiple managers.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
