Data Scientist

Required skills and qualifications- Three or more years of experience in data science of proven experience- Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projects.- Experience in data mining- Understanding of machine-learning and operations research- Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java.- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and data frameworks (e.g. Azure, AWS, Hadoop, RDMS)- Analytical mind and business acumen- Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)- Problem-solving aptitude- Excellent communication and presentation skills- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is preferred- Able to multitask and manage projects with min supervision- Professional certification**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM3,597.68 - RM8,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
