Tasks Duties Perform comprehensive data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. Develop and implement cutting-edge predictive models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities. Utilize tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and Keras to manipulate data, conduct statistical analysis, and create machine learning models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align analytical solutions with strategic objectives. Drive innovation by exploring and integrating the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies within the field of data science. Create intuitive and impactful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Act as a subject matter expert in data science, advising on best practices, methodologies, and data-related strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the analytical process. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through data-driven insights. Requirements Knowledge & Experience The successful candidate must have: Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with advanced machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. A track record of delivering actionable insights and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. Previous experience working with diverse datasets and extracting valuable insights from them. Demonstrated experience in deploying models into production environments (preferred). Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing framework (preferred).
