What you will do: As a Senior Analyst, you will lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts.
You will work on brand campaigns and pitches, assist in developing reporting frameworks for web and social analytics projects and manage quality and insightful reporting for clients whilst supervising your junior analysts.
Day-to-day, your role includes: • Keeping a pulse on daily, weekly and monthly performance data from web and social analytics platforms together with your direct reports • Working in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards • Tagging and Implementation with internal development or client teams • Participating in ad hoc requests from accounts handled such as root-cause analysis, reporting, data insights generation and more.
• Supporting marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting • Expanding industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through scheduled internal training on Analytics and Implementation • Lead your junior analysts including providing coaching, career planning and ensuring quality of deliverables at its optimum Qualifications We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: • Lead a team of analysts in producing data deliverables for clients • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics or equivalent • Defining measurement plan and tagging requirements per client's objectives • Experience in implementation using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch (tag), Tealium or equivalent • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker (Google Data Studio), Power BI or equivalent • Familiarity with different social media ecosystems, trends and tools (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, blogsites and more) • Understanding and familiarity with social analytics tools (Meltwater, Sprinklr, Netbase etc.)
• Analyzing social media performance, monitoring brand mentions, identifying trends to inform social media strategy • Familiarity with Excel or any scripting languages for additional data analysis • Advanced in Powerpoint presentation skills (for senior level presentations and advanced usage of Excel for data analysis • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment • Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing industry, and possess natural curiosity • 5 - 7 years of work experience in a relevant industry • An undergraduate college degree Additional Information Our employee benefits package comprises the following: Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave.
