Database Administrator

We are looking for a Microsoft SQL Server database administrator to join our client team that is developing and maintaining the largest land and sea ticketing website in Southeast Asia.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform installation, patching, and upgrading for the database and database infrastructure.- Generate various reports by querying from the database as needed.- Assist programmers with database design, query writing, and query optimization.- Support database monitoring, migration, and maintenance (archive, backup and restoration, performance analysis and tuning, indexing, etc.)- Manage user accounts and permissions. Implement database security policies.- Troubleshoot and resolve 24x7 production database issues promptly.**Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or equivalent.- At least 3 years of working experience as a Microsoft SQL Server database administrator.- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server High Availability is a must.- Experience in other database systems like MongoDB and OceanBase is an added advantage.- Able to work independently as well as in a team and have self-initiative
