As we continue our exciting expansion into new international markets, we are seeking talented individuals who are passionate about joining us on this growth journey.Job Overview:The Data Center Test Development Manager is responsible for driving and optimizing standardized development of test schemes and test scripts for data center projects. The core focus of this role is to standardize test schemes and test processes, and lead the completion of data center project tests and acceptance to ensure that the project meets customer needs and smooth delivery.Responsibilities:Communicate internally with design and operation teams, and externally with customers and test consultants.Complete standardized development of test schemes and test scripts for LEVEL 0~6 data center projects.Independently assume the role of project test owner, manage test consultants, align test scripts, make test plans, and execute project tests.Lead the output of test reports and review their rationality before release.Familiarize with data center commissioning systems and independently complete LEVEL 0~6 project-related work.Assist with professional-related work and other tasks assigned by leadership.Utilize international project work experience when applicable.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in data center, project testing, or product testing in the data center industry.Familiarity with the basic principles of the product to assist the design team in problem judgment and risk identification.Knowledge of mainstream equipment brands in the data center industry, including MV switchgear, LV switchboard, transformers, UPS, lithium batteries, precision air conditioners, chillers, and water pumps.Understanding of test specifications, test procedures, relevant national and international standards, and laws and regulations.Proficiency in using CAD tools and office software.Strong communication and coordination skills, clear logic, and ability to work under pressure.Able to travel frequently.Proactive with a high sense of responsibility, emotional stability, and team spirit.Company Information:
