Key Responsibilities: 1.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
2.
Lead and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
3.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve the brand competitive edge.
To identify the opportunities created by industry trends, technology, customer behaviors.
4.
Oversee the daily operations of the dealership, including sales, service, finance, and inventory management.
5.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
6.
Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
7.
Develop and maintain a strong customer service culture to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
To maintain and develop brand culture, values and reputation, in line with CI and the organizations standards.
8.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve employee performance.
9.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on dealership performance, market trends, and future plans.
Qualifications and Requirements: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role in the automotive industry.
3.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable dealership.
4.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
5.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management principles.
6.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and services.
8.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
9.
Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
