Working Hour- Regular Hours- Monday - Friday- Business Area- Location- Description**Primary Objective**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Learning and Training: Participate in an extensive training program designed to provide a solid foundation in banknotes trading, including market analysis, risk management, compliance procedures, and trade execution.- Client Management: Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Learn to provide excellent client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationship.- Trade Execution: Execute banknotes trades under the guidance of senior traders. Learn to assess market conditions, execute trades accurately, and manage risk exposure in accordance with established trading strategies.- Risk Management: Collaborate with senior traders to develop an understanding of risk management techniques and methodologies. Assist in monitoring and managing trading positions to ensure compliance with risk limits.- Compliance: Learn and adhere to all relevant financial regulations and compliance procedures. Assist in maintaining accurate trade records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.- Technology Utilization: Familiarize yourself with trading platforms and technology tools used in banknotes trading. Learn to efficiently utilize trading software for order execution and analysis.- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the banknotes trading team to contribute to the overall success of the department. Assist in sharing insights and contributing to team discussions.- Professional Development: Actively engage in continuous learning and self-improvement to stay updated with industry trends, trading strategies, and market developments**Key Responsibilities**:**Wholesale Banknotes Sales**- Conduct sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.- Provide market advisory and pricing.- Manage daily tasks in marketing, sales & trade execution.**Administration & Process**- Escalate any problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions.- Assist the Unit Head in the developmental process of new product development.- Assist the Unit Head in the daily administration requirements of the desk where applicable.- Responsible to adhere to all guidelines, policies & limits.- Responsible to upgrade technical competencies where applicable.**Compliances**- Responsible to be familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements of the business.- To strictly adhere to all Regulatory & Compliance requirements for the business.**Client Relationship Management**- Assist to onboard of new clients, including conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Provide administrative and client service support- Respond to all client enquiries and instructions and provide resolution to most issues and requests.- Requirements**Preferred level of Experience**:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in finance, economics, or a related field for fresh graduates- Fresh graduates welcome to apply**Other skills required**:- Some understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets.- Strong communications and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.- Knowledge of financial markets, currency trading and risk management.- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.- Proficiency in using financial software and trading platforms.- Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.- BenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
