**Employer Background**Education**Position Title**Dean, Faculty of Business, Hospitality and Humanities**Working Location**Nilai**Salary Range**Up to RM15,000**The main duties are as follows**:- To provide the Faculty with academic leadership, to encourage excellence in teaching and research,- To represent the Faculty to the University and promote the development of the Faculty and of its staff;- To manage its activities through the most effective and cost-efficient use of its resources, within the framework of the University's Strategic Plan and policies.**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**- Must be a PhD holder in Accountancy / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Economics / Human Resource Management / Marketing with professional certificate (ACCA, CPA or CIMA) or equivalent.- At least 10 year(s) of relevant academic experience in higher education.- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with strong command in written and spoken English.- Experience of leading a substantial organization, team or group.- Possesses initiative, the ability to think independently and a passion for academic excellence.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
