Delivery Lead (Pmo)

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic professional to lead and manage complex projects within our Global Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, communication, and team management, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities: Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, senior management, and project managers, to ensure product quality and efficiency. Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and issues, ensuring clear communication and transparency. Oversee staff resourcing, project timelines, cost estimations, quality, and milestones. Supervise several project managers/CDLs within the Global Delivery Team. Facilitate team discussions for decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, defining and directing project delivery. Remove obstacles to success, manage dependencies, and solve complex team problems. Implement new approaches and escalate issues as needed. Provide coaching to teams, recommend process improvements, and optimize productivity. Utilize the team's expertise to recommend effective plans. Requirements: Based in Kuala Lumpur or willing to relocate immediately. Degree in science or economics, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Malaysian and English. Extensive experience in managing complex projects. Strong planning and monitoring skills. Excellent client and team management abilities. PMP or PRINCE2 certification (MSP or PgMP preferred). Strong governance and service improvement skills. Ability to enhance project profitability through resource optimization.
