Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver parcels to end customers.
Enhance the last mile delivery experience to our end customers with Zalora Express fleet.
Pick up and deliver various packages to specified locations as per the delivery instructions provided by dispatch staff.
Verify addresses and locations before each delivery to ensure that there are no errors.
Carefully plan travel routes to ensure that packages are delivered to recipients in a timely manner.
Ensure packages are protected to prevent damage during delivery.
Collect payments as required and ensure that the correct amounts have been received.
Regularly communicate with dispatch staff to provide delivery updates and receive instructions for new deliveries.
Familiar with Klang Valley roads.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level/Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre U/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess a legal motorcycle driving license.
