What you will be doing Your duties include but not limited to develop business opportunities in diverse market segments. Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies to generate occupancy, room nights and revenue. Responsible for achieving sales target allocated and exceed established budget by the OYO Sales Management. Achieve a weekly or monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales meetings and new accounts. Analyze market trends, competitor's rates, sales and promotion activities and provide solutions and feedbacks to the Management. What are we looking for A self-starter, possess a sales mindset, experience in cold calling is a must. Experience in B2C outside sales at least 1-2 years', having an established network with hotel, travel agents, government and corporate industry is a must. Excellent computer skills, must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping. Proven track record of success of the sales cycle from plan to close. Note: For Malaysians only.
