What you'll do
Generating statistical forecast based on data modeling
Interacting with Key Commercial Stakeholders to collect and interpret the potential impact of market trends and demand drivers, leading the sales forecast reviews to achieve consensus for demand forecast
Working closely with account owners in various sales units to understand the nuances and reconciling significant variances, refining forecasts to reflect updated sales and marketing strategies
Reviewing trends in historical sales, forecast accuracy and forecast bias with the goal of progressive continuous improvement
Documenting and monitoring relevant assumptions that drive changes in demand
Contributing to the development of annual plans
Identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations aimed at improving demand-planning performance
Managing forecasting aspects of New Product Introductions and corresponding phase outs by developing and maintaining a close collaboration with the Market and Sales departments
Who you are
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics
You have fluent English skills
You have experience in demand forecasting or supply chain planning
You have strong knowledge of supply chain processes, forecasting models, and inventory management techniques
You have advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
You have an ability to translate market intelligence to forecast and to build strong collaborative relationships.
You are a proactive thinker who can grasp the overarching vision while also engaging in detailed discussions.
