The Position
What we do:
As the Deployment Lead for Demand 2 Pay, you are part of the Global Business Process Management organization. In this role, under the umbrella of the Company wide Program ASPIRE, which aims to implement the new digital backbone for Roche, you will be driving the deployment of Procurement solutions within the different process areas like upstream procurement, requisition to receipt, accounts payables including master data and reporting functionalities. You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement & IT, both divisionally & cross divisionally.

In this role, you will be responsible for successful Project implementation and roll out by
Ensuring that all milestones and deliverables according to the project scope are on time, within the expected quality and satisfaction levels. Promoting the adherence to the Global Template solution and ensuring potential deviations are handled according to the defined processes with the relevant development team.
Being service oriented in working closely with the customer and being their first point of contact. Delivering the relevant tasks and projects in accordance with the selected deployment methodology, adhering to the standard and/or project specific deployment methodology, ensuring compliance with the deployment approach, governance, cost and service level parameters.
Planning and executing process workshops or fit gap sessions together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams together with affiliates, sites or functions, coordinating and/or supporting local affiliates and other key stakeholders in specific areas of the deployments such as the coordination of test phases, data migration or training, obtaining approval of project delivery by customers and successful handover to Shared Services Centers operations or other parties.
Coordinating, as needed, all the deployment activities with the deployment team members, for Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Accounts Payable. Representing the Demand to Pay Stream in big deployment programs when other streams (Finance, Marketing, Production, etc.) will also be concerned. Guiding and Supporting the Deployment partner team members, when applicable.
In this role, you will be contributing to consolidate and sustain the 'scaled roll out' capability within the Demand to Pay Deployment Chapter by: co-creating, documenting and continuously improving deployment toolkits and standards for the permanent chapter organization; leveraging best practices from your Project/Program to other Projects/Programs and vice versa; coaching junior resources regarding the methodology as needed; bringing your curiosity to seek for innovative ways of deploying programs at scale.
Who you are:
Bachelor degree and 10+ years of project management/deployment work experience. Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred.
Experience in SAP R3 and SAP S4H required. Indirect Procurement solutions (Coopa, SAP-Ariba, GEP Smart) is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Service orientation mindset to shape a high quality and reliable project delivery service. Experience in a Business Operations environment (e.g., procurement business activities, etc.) is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities at a program level. Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations (e.g. SCRUM, LEAN, Kaizen).
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision making. Willingness to travel internationally.
