'¢ Under the general guidance and supervision of the Head Chef, and within the limits of established policies and procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the kitchen operation. '¢ Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen operation as assigned and Co-ordinates functions and activities with Food and Beverage department. '¢ Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, clients, suppliers, government officials, competitors and other members of the local community.Trading as Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur at Jalan Ampang. Accommodate guest by providing 4 star hotel services standard and facilities.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
