Job Description
Assist in preparation and cooking made to order dishes according to menu specification ensuring high quality product.
Maintain Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
Ensure portion control to minimize wastage.
Train junior cooks by providing guidance and sharing skills.
Assist in kitchen inventory to ensure sufficient food supply for service.
Highlight and communicate any service issues to the Chef in charge to mitigate guest complaints.
Job Specifications
Certificate in Culinary or similar qualifications, with at least 2 years in similar scope.
Able to work in a high-paced kitchen environment.
General knowledge of kitchen related equipment.
Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
