Minimum Requirements:Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain composure during rush hours.
Multitasking abilities.
Ability to supervise line cook or commis, as required.
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Responsibilities:To support the Head Chef in daily operation and work.
Ensure quality controls for all finished products.
Maintain orderly work station & adhere to hygiene, health & safety standards.
Ensure day to day operation runs smoothly in accordance to the SOP.
Constant need for self-improvement and training.
Discard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the refrigerators, freezers, and stock rooms.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation.
