Key Responsibilities:
Prepare for surgery: Sterilize instruments, set up treatment rooms, update patient records.
Assist during procedures: Hand instruments, use suction devices, maintain a sterile field.
Patient care: Comfort patients, explain procedures, monitor recovery, and provide post-op instructions.
Administrative tasks: Update patient records, schedule appointments, assist with billing.
Safety and hygiene: Follow infection control procedures, dispose of waste, maintain equipment.
