Deposit Product Manager

Deposit Product Manager-(240001A3)DescriptionYou will be responsible for: Managing the full spectrum of deposits products.
This involves providing thought leadership into the development of product roadmap for deposit product portfolio.
Develop compelling product propositions, conceptualize and execute strategies to grow the deposits portfolio which involves launching new products and initiatives, as well as planning & executing activities in line with business goals.
Liaise with key stakeholders to optimize current operational frameworks and to drive process improvement projects Work with various stakeholders to design marketing & segment programs, including developing & running acquisition & retention campaigns.
Manage pricing and margins to grow the portfolio to meet financial objectives Conduct market & competitors analysis Manage regulatory, system & promotional reporting requirements Support day-to-day product & service enquiries from branches & contact center Qualifications Experience in product management & product development processes in Islamic Banking is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, project management, strong communication & interpersonal skills Strong operational knowledge, with understanding of end-to-end product life cycle.
Able to work independently without much supervision as well as a strong team player High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint Self-motivated with high level of drive, initiative and commitment Resourceful and Innovative Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines and overcoming challenges.
