Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the store.
Execute operational improvement plans to increase profitability.
Support other departments on marketing and promotional plans.
Attend to customer complaints and suggestions.
Review and formulate standard operating procedures and control systems.
Monitor sales performance and implement marketing strategies to attain sales targets.
Train and motivate staff to enhance performance for future manpower needs and new store setup/expansion.
Oversee stock control and purchases of office equipment and sundry items.
Manage general maintenance of office furniture & equipment and IT products/systems.
Oversee administrative affairs and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Handle day-to-day administrative matters, human resources planning, IT systems, and general purchases.
Liaise with government bodies on license applications and compliance with requirements.
Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures by Chief Cashier and Assistant Chief Cashier.
