About the role
As the Deputy Manager, Commercial Applied for Carrier, you'll be involved in representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospects and establish professional relationships to understand customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet those needs.
Participate in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segments to support the business strategy.
Identify bid opportunities, prepare bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
Accurately plan and forecast revenues and order bookings.
Deliver year-over-year growth targets for sales.
Engage actively with new and existing dealers, main contractors, end users, and all key decision makers to elevate business conversion opportunities.
Develop new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
Support the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.
Develop personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
Attend trade shows to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Equipment sales & solutions.
Business Development in HVAC sales and service.
Project execution and solution selling.
Solution Selling Experience.
Focus on Sustainability.
Understanding of Application, Energy, Mechanical controls, and HVAC Industry.
Willing to be based in Puchong.
