We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.The incumbent is responsible for assessing the underlying risk profile of the company and generating quotations accurately in a timely manner.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Underwrite new business and renewal business for Group Customers within the company specified approval limits.
Provide consistent and fair assessment based on the group's underlying risk profile with the customer's best interest in mind.
Ensure quotation requests are performed within service standards until customer outcomes are delivered.
Adhere to Group Business Underwriting Guidelines and standards set.
Communicate with actuarial, reinsurers, technical services, and agents on the more complex cases.
Accountable for portfolio management to ensure profitability objectives are consistently met.
Build and maintain the quotation tools to ensure calculations are accurate and up-to-date.
Support senior management in strategic planning, management deck preparation, and reporting.
Lead and supervise team members.
