Deputy Manager, Maintenance

Job Description Key Responsibilities: To schedule, strategize, analyze, collaborate, innovate and execute Maintenance, Repairing,  Modification & Monitoring jobs/tasks in line with Maintenance Department KPI target.
Duties Oversee and schedule preventive maintenance, repairing and modification jobs in collaboration with Supervisor/Engineer.
Develop comprehensive Maintenance checking/monitoring that can result in reduced production downtime/ job repetition and compliance with SOP documentation/audits.
Organize, oversee & plan out critical work/ design improvement together with Engineer's/Supervisor (Internal job/ Outsourced to contractors).
Control Maintenance Stock Inventory by analyzing monthly purchase requisitions & maintaining minimum level of spare parts for in-house repairing activities.
Initiate/Lead in the organization's expansion/upgradation program/project related to machinery and mechanical equipment.
To ensure compliance with all related legislation such as OSHA, FMA, EQA, etc, with emphasis on waste management & Good Environmental Practices (GEP).
Strengthen training of Maintenance crew while developing strategy for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance with priority on safety & continuous improvement culture.
Analyze areas of improvement while driving Cost Savings/Improvement initiatives in achieving Department KPI target.
Sharpen critical thinking and troubleshooting skills through deep understanding of glove manufacturing and customer complaints are addressed in a holistic and quick manner.
Provide analytical data results, methodology & defect analysis from process line failure Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience in handling plant breakdown maintenance, project management, and improvement projects.
Strong in analytical data analysis and able to work under pressure.
