Responsibilities:Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met.
Help identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Support the Manager in assigning targets, setting quotas, and ensuring the team's adherence to company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Help resolve customer issues and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and customers.
Regular travel to meet with clients or prospects, especially in a regional or national sales territory.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales (more than 5 years), preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in the Palm Oil industry is an advantage.
Experience in customer relationship management and sales processes.
Possesses own transport.
Willing to work in KL.
