Participate in presentations to clients or management for approval.Convert concept drawings to schematic drawings and gather information on design requirements by interacting with clients to identify specifications and budgets.Provide clients with recommendations on suitable architectural designs, considering factors such as building site, cost, and trends.Create architectural plans that meet the desired requirements and expectations of clients.Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams and other construction professionals, such as planners, engineers, and contractors, for project design and implementation.Maintain good contact with teammates to ensure high work ethic and production efficiency.REQUIREMENTSThe opportunity to travel overseas and work remotely.Possess a good personality with a passion for architectural design.Hold a Diploma, B.A.
