Salary : RM3,000 to RM6,000 depending on experience Job Description: Concept Development:Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative and communicative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and store displays.Research market trends and consumer preferences to inform design strategies.Design Creation:Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and other design elements for print and digital media.Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and guidelines.Maintain a cohesive look across all platforms, including in-store displays, online presence, and advertising.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed for additional design support.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure design objectives are met.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Feedback and Revisions:Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.Revise designs based on constructive criticism and project requirements.Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and technologies to continuously improve skills and output. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in retail or a related industry.A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and creative projects.Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.Strong conceptual and visual thinking skills.Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of web design and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software is an advantage.Experience with retail marketing strategies and consumer behaviour is desirable.
