Job Responsibilities:Be responsible for the planning and design management of data center project, including the determination of design scheme, the organization and implementation of design process, and the design and review of construction scheme.Be responsible for the design management of the whole life cycle of the overseas data center, formulate and complete the project design plan, and be responsible for optimizing the project cost and improving the project quality.Organize and coordinate the promotion and continuous optimization of design tasks; Have the ability to analyze and solve problems on site; Familiar with construction technology and process.Organize the implementation of design disclosure/clarification, organize the design personnel to review the design changes, and organize the optimization of project technology and process management and control based on the project implementation experience.Organize or participate in the factory inspection, commissioning and comprehensive testing of systems or equipment related to the data center project; Be responsible for technical coordination in the construction process, technical change management and other professional technical treatment work in the later stage of the project.Be responsible for the localized communication and coordination among design consultants, owners, government departments, suppliers and project contractors of Southeast Asia projects.Job requirements:Bachelor degree or above, familiar with industry standards and specifications of green data center; Familiar with national design code, TIA942 design code, Uptime Tier standard;More than 8 years of design management experience in Malaysia, Singapore and other places, preferably with data center design experience, participating in uptime design certification is preferred.Familiar with Malaysia and Singapore construction project pre-construction procedures and relevant local laws and regulations; Familiar with the basic design and acceptance standards of Malaysia, Singapore and other governments, fire services, power and other departments, and have experience in the implementation of related projects;Good learning and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit/execution, strong communication and coordination skills, project site engineering experience and problem-solving ability, able to withstand strong work pressure.Be able to communicate smoothly with local consultants, suppliers and contractors in Malaysia and Singapore.
