Design Manager

Delegate and monitor tasks effectively across the team.
Provide final approval on project drawings and calculations for tendering and project execution.
Identify training needs and support the development of team members.
Supervise and guide all design staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of drawings, aligning with organizational standards, objectives, and code compliance.
Act as the main liaison for inter-department communications.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrates effective leadership and high integrity.
Self-motivated and disciplined.
Familiar with code standards such as ASME, TEMA, API 650, and DOSH regulations.
