A) Engineering
- Responsible for performance of the engineering design meeting the specification.
- Assist Siemens S8 engineer on the design of the proposal and project.
- Prepare Bill of Material (BOM).
- To support sales/proposal /project management team on Technical Clarification.
- Attending technical meeting, project handling over meeting and customer kick-off meeting.
- Assists Project/Design Team in developing and maintaining project documentation but not limited to drawing, specification, documents relevant to VDRL and other engineering related documentation work.
B)Proposal
- Tenders, preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Material
- Facilitate pricing and prepare tender packages within schedules and monitor tender submission deadline and result.
- Liaise with internal and external customers for tender document clarifications.
- Review tender specifications and coordinate with relevant functions to gather all information required for tender submission.
- To participate in proposals strategy discussions, coordinate with operational and supporting groups that provide data for proposals preparation for submission.
- To review the data provided, ensure consistency and compatibility of all parts of proposals compile and assume responsibility for completed proposals.
- Any other job responsibility that will be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.

; Requirements:-
-Minimum Degree / Diploma in Electric and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
-At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Experienced in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
-Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD software.
-Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
-Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
-Strong understanding of any type of electrical equipment.
-Knowledge of 3D modeling tools will be advantage.
-Detail-oriented individual.
-Good time management skills to work on deadlines.
