Designer

Responsibilities:
Preparation of shop drawings, BOM, and manufacturing drawings
Plan, implement and monitor design development and shop drawings production schedule
Work with the project team, sub-contractor, supplier and factory team to ensure works are on schedule
Oversee design preparation to ensure efficiency, coordination, practicality, and constructibility
Ensure design, drawings and all other deliverables meet the requirements and specifications
Job Requirements:
Diploma in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or higher qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in Aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls and related aluminium façade works
Proficient in AutoCad to create design and solve technical issues
Good communication skills in English, Malay, or Chinese
Able to perform tasks under pressure and committed to follow through the tasks given within tight schedules
Ability to multitask and work well in a team
Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards, and building regulations
