SUPER Avatar Academy is seeking a creative and efficient Designer and Video Editor (Hybrid) to join our dynamic team. This position is key in supporting our mission to empower children through emotional intelligence coaching programs. You will be responsible for designing engaging visuals and producing high-quality video content that resonates with both parents and children.

Requirements:

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experience Requirements
-Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the education or child-focused industry. Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) is a plus.
-Design Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools. Ability to create eye-catching visuals, infographics, and educational content that align with the brand's identity.
-Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, etc.) is a strong advantage.
-Creativity and Storytelling: A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual stories. Must be able to translate ideas and educational concepts into engaging video content.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design aesthetics, color balance, typography, and overall visual harmony. Ability to deliver high-quality, polished work while meeting deadlines.
-Role Flexibility: Ability to balance both design and video editing tasks, moving seamlessly between the two functions depending on project needs.
-Collaboration Skills: Must be able to work closely with the marketing, coaching, and educational teams to understand their needs and deliver content that supports our educational goals and branding.
-Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving environment. Willingness to incorporate feedback and adapt designs or videos according to project requirements.
-Passion for Education: A genuine interest in contributing to the growth and development of children through visual media that supports learning and emotional growth.
