This position is key in supporting our mission to empower children through emotional intelligence coaching programs. You will be responsible for designing engaging visuals and producing high-quality video content that resonates with both parents and children.

; Requirements:- Qualifications and Experience Requirements
-Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
-Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the education or child-focused industry. Experience in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) is a plus.
-Design Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools. Ability to create eye-catching visuals, infographics, and educational content that align with the brand's identity.
-Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, etc.) is a strong advantage.
-Creativity and Storytelling: A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual stories. Must be able to translate ideas and educational concepts into engaging video content.
-Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design aesthetics, color balance, typography, and overall visual harmony. Ability to deliver high-quality, polished work while meeting deadlines.
-Role Flexibility: Ability to balance both design and video editing tasks, moving seamlessly between the two functions depending on project needs.
-Collaboration Skills: Must be able to work closely with the marketing, coaching, and educational teams to understand their needs and deliver content that supports our educational goals and branding.
-Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving environment. Willingness to incorporate feedback and adapt designs or videos according to project requirements.
