Despatch

1. To be reliable in your despatch responsibilities:- to collect samples from clinics.- to deliver reports to clinics- to assist in clerical work.- to provide courteous and good customer service to the clinics.- to be prompt and punctual in collection of samples and report delivery.- to co-ordinate closely with other colleagues on the discharge of your duties.- to adhere to the company policy and guidelines on dispatch duties under ISO 15189.2.
