Responsibilities:
Performs general driving duties as required.
Transports Director and/or management staff to designated locations as needed (including outstation).
Keep track of the Director's daily working schedule, sending and picking up according to appointments or requirements.
Ensure company vehicles are maintained in good condition by performing maintenance checks before and after use; vehicles should be clean and tidy at all times.
Utilize GPS and other navigation tools for efficient route planning and timely arrivals.
Assist with administrative tasks as required by Management.
Pick up and deliver documents and other items to and from customers, partners, and internal departments.
Ensure that all documents are delivered correctly to the recipient.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Criteria:
No previous disciplinary records, criminal records, or traffic offences.
Licence/Certification:B & D License (Preferred)
Job Type:Full Time
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, public holidays, and as required.
