As the Development Head, you will be responsible for managing our technical teams, ensuring successful project implementation, and providing product support across various levels. You will have the opportunity to:
Lead and mentor the technical team to achieve project milestones and deliverables
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both technical and functional domains
Oversee Level 3 product support, addressing complex issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery
Manage project implementation from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Provide Level 2 product support, collaborating with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, implementing best practices and innovative solutions
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in application development and implementation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in software development methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on delivering results
A collaborative spirit and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
