Devops Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Manage and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop and VM environments.Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and ELK for effective issue resolution.Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.Configure and manage CentOS, DNS, CDN, and Nginx.Implement CI/CD practices using GitLab CI and Ansible.Provide day to day support in maintaining data synchronization for ensuring data processes are up to date and error feeSupport of IT Infrastructure: Server, Printer, Router, Network Switches, CCTV, Email, Website, Other Digital Platform which include basic installation and configurationOversee new system facilitation, current system enhancementCollaborate effectively with team members, communicating in both Chinese and English. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or a related field, or significant equivalent experience and relevant certificationsCandidate must be hands-on, multi-task and highly independent personAt least 2 years of working experience in a related fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.Ability to commence work within short notice preferredBasic understanding of PHP, Python, or other scripting languages.Familiarity with IPGuard.
