Job Summary: Nursing care for dialysis patients
Responsibilities: Providing personal care to patient by attending to patient's needs and performing basic patient care under the supervision of trained nurses (Registered Nurse/Medical Assistant).Assists in monitoring and maintaining the consumable stocks of the centre including inventory of medical or non-medical supplies/equipment (disposables, consumables, stationeries, utilities and etc.), paperwork and vaccines/drugs. Report and request for those stocks in low stock levels. Performing ordering of stocks with approval of superior to ensure smoothness in operation.Assist in rendering renal nursing care to patients during pre, intra and post dialysis treatment.Establishing and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness within workplace.Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to all infection control procedures including proper hand washing techniques, contact with blood spills and other related standard and precautions.Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa MalaysiaWilling to work on shift from Monday to Saturday (including Public Holidays)Willing to work on extended hours, weekend and during holidaysExcellent Patient Service SkillsVery organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-taskA team player.
